SLINGERS / BANKSMAN HIRE:
Our certificated and competent slingers are available to customers when hiring our cranes. We will put your mind at ease when it comes to the correct procedure of controlling the complex variables of lifting objects up or down from heights. The most important consideration when working in today's industry is safety. We assure our customers when we carry out work that it will be undertaken with the highest priority given to the safe workings of our personnel.
CRANE OPERATOR:
Fully certificated and competent crane operators are available for competitive rates, to operate the machinery, carry out the task, and leave you with the piece of mind that the job has been carried out safely, and efficiently.
APPOINTED PERSON /CRANE SUPERVISORS:
For Contract Lifts, short or Long term site work, we provide a free site visit, and we are able to take the responsibility of the lift(s) that are required. From formulating the lift plan, producing the necessary method statements and documentation to the selection and hiring of the lifting equipment and machinery to do the job.
All our personnel carry CSCS/CPCS, IPAF,CITB,EPIC,SPA certifications

Slinger / Banksmen Hire
Here at LIFT LTD we provide a slinger hire, banksmen hire, crane supervisor hire service to those customers who have a crane on site or available to them, where we can apply several slingers, or banksmen to help attach the loads to the crane to take the responsibility from the customer to give them piece of mind.
For example we have hired out slingers to companies where they have been short
staffed for a period, and need competent banksmen to take on the responsibility
of safely carrying out the work.
We have hired out our lift supervisors to companies in instances where the crane
and the procedure needed to be carried out under the supervision of a qualified
person to meet the safety standards set by the HSE.
Each mini crane that goes out under hire has the correct certification as does
the operator, lift supervisor / crane supervisor, that follows with it.
This entails CPCS, CSCS, IPAF,EPIC,ECTIB/SPA certification.
Our crawler cranes are very versatile as are our operators, and our crane
supervisors. They will happily work long, unsocial hours, through a wide variety
of job scenarios, adapting and overcoming arising problems, to get the work done
with maximum efficiency.
Specialized cranes, or specialized mini cranes as they are more commonly known
can be hired out and a full training program can be carried out on site with one
phone call to LIFT LTD. Which then enables the customer to utilise their own
staff in operating and carrying out work, this is more commonly used on long
term hire contracts. There is a one day training program available at a
competitive cost and can be arranged given notice.
